A surreal closure. For the swan song of its exhibition “Figures of the Fool, from the Middle Ages to the Romantics”, the Louvre museum offers the revelation Zaho de Sagazan. But also a troupe of solar dancers, DJ sets, offbeat readings and immersive workshops, from its foundations to its pyramid. Scheduled for January 17, 2025, the exceptional nocturnal event capsizes in the name of art.

Are the madmen of yesterday those of today? In a world that oscillates between predictable and surprising, the Louvre goes back to the origins of the most crazy. Gathered in an exhibition of more than 300 paintings, sculptures, manuscripts and many other precious objects, the route Figures of the Fool, from the Middle Ages to the Romanticswants to explore the representation of madness in art, from the 13th to the mid-16th century.

To close this immersive exhibition, the Louvre celebrates madmen in a nocturnal event punctuated by incredible talents.
