Jeddah's skyline is set to be transformed by an unprecedented architectural feat. There JEC Towerformerly known as Jeddah Tower, is set to become the first skyscraper in the world to reach one kilometer in height. Although rumors are swirling of a potential even taller skyscraper designed by Foster + Partners, the JEC Tower seems assured of retaining its title as the world's tallest structure for years to come.
