T-Man Holding, a major player in the Moroccan agri-food industry, inaugurated a new Alsa production line on Thursday in Bouskoura in partnership with the German group Dr. Oetker, owner of the brand. This new unit, located within the Matheï industrial complex, aims for an annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes to meet local and international demand.
During the ceremony, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Ryad Mezzour, welcomed this project which is part of the vision of the Kingdom, carried by HM King Mohammed VI, in favor of food sovereignty and industrial development . Mezzour highlighted the positive impact of international partnerships on national economic dynamics.
Hamid Raji, chairman of Matheï, said that this new unit is a natural extension of the group’s historic activities in tea and sugar. It reflects T-Man Holding’s ambition to offer local, quality and accessible products, while contributing to job creation and the development of technical skills in Morocco.
For Georg Heerdegen Parsbo, member of the management board of Dr. Oetker, this strategic partnership strengthens the presence of the Alsa brand in Morocco, by combining tradition and standards of international excellence. The Matheï complex, with its growing industrial capacities, is thus consolidating its key role in the national and export agri-food sector.
