He and his wife were indeed struck by a new tragedy: the loss of a person dear to their hearts.
The person in question ? Rob Burrow, a former English rugby player suffering from a degenerative disease. Having died recently at the age of 41, he meant a lot to the couple. Rob Burrow was indeed a true fighter, who was not afraid to tell it like it was. “The worst thing for me would be to be pitied. I know what will happen, but I want to live as normally as before”he declared one day.

On Sunday June 3, 2024, it was the club to which the rugby player was a member for several years, the Leeds Rhinos, which officially announced his death. “It’s with a deep sadness that we announce the death of our beloved son, husband, father, brother and friend”, they declared. An announcement which did not fail to make the princely couple react.
The reason ? Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William have always loudly supported Rob Burrow who, on several occasions, wore the colors of England on the field of different Rugby World Cups. On the social network “Rugby League legend, Rob Burrow had a huge heart. He taught us: ‘In a world full of adversity, we must dare to dream’. » And to conclude, by signing the message with his initials, and by sending his condolences to the wife and children of the deceased: “Catherine and I send our love to Lindsey, Jackson, Maya and Macy.”

Kate Middleton: a return to the forefront soon planned?
In recent weeks, apart from during his official representations, Prince William has spoken very little. He did not, moreover, also not given any clue as to his wife’s healthand whether it improves or not.
And so much don’t know when his next public appearance will besuspicion falls on the Wimbledon event, or even Trooping The Color. Nothing confirmed though, and even if it were, it wouldn’t necessarily mean his definitive return.
