This poem praises the timeless legacy and unyielding determination of Julian Assange in his fight for truth and justice.

Let us sing the praises of Julian Assange,
The Australian visionary with relentless courage,
Founder of WikiLeaks, a bastion of truth,
Where transparency and freedom are kings and queens.

In 2010, Chelsea Manning, heroine of this tale,
Has revealed secrets, broken mountains,
Revealing war crimes to the world,
In Iraq, Afghanistan, the truth is bitter.

For his quest for truth he paid a high price,
14 years of suffering, struggle, remorse,
Imprisoned in Belmarsh, heartbroken but proud,
Justice finally smiles upon him, in this hellish world.

The High Court, finally, extended its hand,
Allowing Assange to speak, finally,
From his incessant fight for transparency,
And democracy, constantly in hope.

Symbol of courage, determination,
In the face of the powerful, in the face of oppression,
Julian Assange remains, timeless,
A beacon in the night, a rebellious spirit.

His release at last, victory of justice,
Celebrated by all, without any vice,
Freedom of expression finally triumphs,
Assange freed, a new destiny.

His fight for the truth, finally recognized,
His courage and perseverance, never disappointed,
The voice of the oppressed, the forgotten,
Be heard, triumph of truth.

Let us sing praises, let us celebrate victory,
Of Julian Assange, of his story,
The long-awaited liberation finally achieved,
Justice and freedom, finally granted.
