A special event took place this Friday, October 11 at the Saint-François nursery school in Basècles, in Belgium, about fifteen kilometers from the French border. The children were enjoying their recess when two people, presumably women dressed as clowns, approached the establishment. They threw “Nic Nac” type candies in the playground.
“Eighteen children got sick, they all ate the biscuits thrown over the school gate”, says Jason, 28, parent of a student. Her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Laurie, was taken to the emergency room around 2:30 p.m. “They called me to tell me that the little one was going to be taken by ambulance.” The little girl suffered from stomach aches and a high fever, which did not go down.

“Last night she still had diarrhea, but this morning she was better.”, says the dad. The parents of the students are currently awaiting the results of the analyzes carried out not only on their offspring, but also on the treats found in the yard.
The two suspicious people were reportedly seenn eating fries in the common. It is not yet known whether they have been arrested.
