Two years ago, the media talked a lot about it. On 30 hectares, between Port-Blanc and Port Bara, Saint-Pierre-Quiberon was the first commune in France to house a wave reserve. She still is.
Here and there, initiatives are emerging. But for now, only the small town on the Morbihan coast has committed itself, via its municipal council, to do everything to preserve this strip of 300 meters, over one kilometer. Space where she is able to act to “do not disrupt the sustainability of the waves”.
