Hundreds of files of child pornography have been found, authorities say, including images of children as young as 6 being sexually assaulted.

The arrest comes just over a week after Oran Routh’s father, Ryan Wesley Routh, was himself arrested and charged with gun-related crimes in connection with gunshots heard near Donald Trump at his West Palm Beach, Florida, golf course.

Federal prosecutors say Routh sent a letter to a friend in which he admitted to trying to kill the Republican candidate because of his views on Russia and the war in Ukraine, among other things.
