Le Figaro Marseille
The RN deputy for Toulon, Laure Lavalette, was the victim last Friday of an attempted theft, we learned Le Figaro with the public prosecutor's office of the Var prefecture, confirming information from France Bleu Provence.
Immediate appearance
The perpetrator attempted to steal his vehicle, “which does not appear to have been targeted because of the status of its owner”indicates the public prosecutor of Toulon, Samuel Finielz.
“He is also being prosecuted for acts of violence against a person holding public authority which he contests and prohibited carrying of a weapon.” Discharged on November 9 and placed in pre-trial detention, he will appear in court this Wednesday afternoon as part of an immediate appearance.
