This romantic drama tells the love story between two teenagers, Nick (Kit Connor) and Charlie (Joe Locke), who had nothing in common on paper but who are like two soul mates and who are in a relationship while growing up.
Jonathan Bailey will therefore be starring in season 3 of the series by Alice Oseman, also at the origin of the graphic novels from which the series is adapted. Netflix posted a short video presentation of the actor and his character on X (formerly Twitter).
The actor plays Jack Maddox, a famous Instagram author on whom Charlie has a crush. But Jonathan Bailey is not the only one to appear in season 3 of Heartstopper since Variety reveals that two other actors have been cast.
We will thus find Hayley Atwell (Captain America) in the role of Diane, Nick’s aunt who takes him on summer vacation to Minorca and who gives him advice on his relationship with Charlie. Finally, Eddie Marsan was chosen to play Geoff, Charlie’s therapist who will help him with his eating disorders.
The third season of Heartstopper, which is scheduled for this fall on Netflix, promises new episodes full of emotion if we trust the official synopsis:
