A real drama. It was early this Thursday, January 23, when the body of a police officer from the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI) was found in the premises of the institution.

The body of the agent was found before 9:00 a.m. in a parking lot at the DGSI premises, indicated the prosecution, requested by AFP and confirming information from the Parisian.

A source close to the matter tells AFP that the agent, who would be a driverr according to Le Parisien, would have ended his life with his service weapon.

A discovery which motivated the prosecution to open a “investigation into the causes of death, entrusted to the IGSI (General Inspectorate of Internal Security, editor’s note), in order to clarify the circumstances of this death”added the public prosecutor.

Always according to The Parisianthis Tuesday, January 21, another DGSI agentbut at the counterintelligence division ended his life, but at his home.
