The digital services group announces the appointment of Erwan Le Duff to the position of Managing Director. He succeeds Philippe Donche-Gay, who held this position since September 2020. The latter retains his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Before joining SQLI in September 2024 as Deputy Managing Director in charge of operations, Erwan Le Duff led Odigo, a company specializing in CCAAS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions, since 2015. He also spent a large part of his career within the Capgemini group, where he held strategic positions in the Telecommunications sector before taking charge in 2011.
This change marks, according to the group, a new stage in its development strategy and aims to consolidate its positions in key sectors such as customer experience, composable commerce, artificial intelligence and data. It also comes at a time when SQLI is the subject of a simplified public offer from its reference shareholder, the British private equity fund DBAY Advisors, which should lead to the exit of the ESN stock exchange.
SQLI, which employs 2,200 employees in 12 countries, achieved a turnover of €251.2 million for the last financial year 2023. The Group is targeting, for the whole of 2024, a comparable annual growth rate to 2023, or around 2%.
