A two-story house on rue Darcel in Boulogne-Billancourt in Hauts-de-Seine collapsed this Tuesday, January 7 in the morning. The building was under renovation at the time of the incident.
Emergency services were called shortly after 9 a.m. According to the Paris firefighters, a person seriously injured and transported to hospital in absolute emergency. Three others were treated for minor injuries. A fourth worker was pulled from the rubble.
A fourth worker was pulled out of the rubble. “The situation is now frozen, we have installed a security perimeter. We are making sure that no one else is under the rubble”reports a fire brigade spokesperson.
44 firefighters were mobilized for the operation.
