As 2025 dawns, EA SPORTS unveils Season 5 of F1 24: Shifting Gears. Fans of this Formula 1 simulation will have the opportunity to relive the thrilling 2024 season and unlock exclusive items.

Daniel Ricciardo’s Career Challenge (January 8 – February 3) : Formula 1 recently said goodbye to this much-loved Australian driver. Players will be able to celebrate his career across four episodes taking place across eight circuits, each marking a key moment in Ricciardo’s journey. They will be able to relive memorable moments, including his first victory with Red Bull in 2014.

Liam Lawson Pro Challenge (January 8 – March 5) : The New Zealand driver took over from Danny by racing with the Visa Cash App RB car. He invites fans to compete against him on the Marina Bay circuit in Singapore. Those who manage to beat Lawson’s time will win the team livery for the 2024 Miami Grand Prix.
- Elimination mode with F1 cars (January 8 – March 5) : A fan-favorite mode is back, promising intense multiplayer action where every second is crucial. This time, players will compete with their F1 World cars. Every 30 seconds, the driver in last position will be eliminated. Those who finish at least once a week in position 7 or better will receive special rewards.
