A successful Soccer tournament this weekend in Granby

A special soccer tournament was held last weekend at the Artopex Complex in Granby and the event raised $7,000 to help families in need practice this sport. -.
17 amateur soccer teams competed in friendly matches on Saturday and Sunday.
Some personalities participated in the fundraising activity including singer-songwriter Alex Nevsky and actor Jean-Philippe Perras.
The money collected is donated to the Jean-Yves Phaneuf Soccer Foundation.
The mayor of Granby, Julie Bourdon, took part in the tournament as soccer coach for the team representing the city.
The “All for Soccer” tournament was in its fifth edition and takes place in winter and summer.
