The film “Emilia Perez” by Frenchman Jacques Audiard won four Golden Globes on Sunday. Including that of best supporting actress awarded to Zoe Saldaña. A first award which overwhelmed the 46-year-old actress who literally burst into tears upon hearing her name.

An emotion that continued on stage: “I have little time and I’m dyslexic, so I easily forget what I want to say when I’m stressed,” began the actress. “I feel blessed to share this moment with Jacques and my partners at Emilia Perez as well as my appointees (Editor’s note: Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Felicity Jones, Margaret Qualley and Isabella Rossellini). “We celebrate each other. It’s magnificent,” she continued before praising a “fantastic” experience on “Emilia Perez” and addressing the director, Jacques Audiard, “so chic and French”.

Hearing the little music so dreaded by the recipients announcing that she had to end her speech, the forty-year-old then thanked pell-mell her mother, her sisters, her husband, her sons.

A consecration for the actress who began her career in the early 2000s in “Crossroads” with Britney Spears, in 2002, then “Pirates of the Caribbean”, in 2003, before experiencing success with “Star Trek”, in 2008 , then obviously “Avatar”, in 2009.
