The Les Villages d’Or Group opens its 68th senior residence in Cessy (01-Ain)
For nearly 30 years, the Les Villages d’Or Group, a major national player in the design and rental management of residences dedicated to independent seniors, has continued its development with the opening this week of its 68th residence in Cessy, in Ain.

Located at 234 rue de la Bergerie, this new residence, built in partnership with Green City Immobilier, offers a living environment adapted to the needs of seniors seeking comfort, security and conviviality. It has 115 apartments of two or three rooms for rent, modern and functional, which residents can furnish with their own furniture to maintain their bearings and habits.
At the heart of the residence, a clubhouse embodies the spirit of the Villages d’Or: a true place of sharing and meetings, it is run by a manager who offers varied activities daily. This living space opens onto a terrace, complete with a bowling alley and a shared vegetable garden, inviting you to take full advantage of the outdoor spaces. The residence also benefits from a calm and secure environment, while being served by bus line F which facilitates travel to the city center of Cessy.
