As is often the case, this update without reboot was spotted by the dataminer OatmealDome who on his networks gave some details:
A reboot-free update for version 19.0.1 has been released. The bad word lists have been overhauled (probably to reduce false positives), and many new words have been added to the Russian list. There have been no other changes.
So the Nintendo Switch will it be entitled to a real (big) update soon as the release of its successor looms on the horizon? Only the future will tell us.
