In collaboration with Kantar Vietnam, an independent market research company, organizers conducted a consumer survey to gauge brand recognition among participating businesses. This data led to the introduction of four special Gold Brand Award categories: Innovative Gold Brand, Sustainable Gold Brand, Youth Gold Brand and Social Responsibility Gold Brand. Additionally, companies that have consistently won the award in previous years have also been recognized for their sustained excellence.

The Golden Brand Award plays a vital role in advancing Ho Chi Minh City’s brand development strategy, elevating Vietnam’s national brand on global and regional stages.

The 2024 Prize notably focused on innovation, green transition and digital transformation, reflecting the changing priorities of the modern business landscape.

Over the past five years, the award has recognized 96 companies, ranging from emerging brands to those with more than a century of history. This diversity highlights the dynamic growth of Ho Chi Minh City’s economy.
