The FIA and Formula 1 have announced the calendar for the 2025 FIA Formula 1 World Championshipwhich will count once again 24 rounds to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the championship.

You'll have to get up at dawn because the season will begin with the Australian Grand Prix from March 14 to 16, marking its return as the opening race. A first since 2020the year in which it was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The season will end, however, as in previous years, on the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi (December 5-7).
The paddock will once again visit five of the world's seven continents. Due to Ramadan taking place throughout March 2025, the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grand Prix will take place in April.
The traditional summer break remains set for the month of August, with three rest weekends separating the Hungarian Grand Prix at the Hungaroring, before the holidays, and the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, after the holidays.
Adjustments made in 2024 to improve the geographical logic of races were renewed in 2025. Japan appears on the calendar in April after Australia and China, followed mainly by European races during the summer and those in the Americas in the fall, before the season ends with the Grand Qatar and Abu Dhabi Prizes, contested consecutively.
Six Sprint races will take place in 2025: in Shanghai, Miami, Spa, Austin, São Paulo and Qatar. Winter testing will once again be held in Bahrain, from February 26 to 28.
