The winner of the 2024 Ballon d’Or responded to criticism from Cristiano Ronaldo, who considered it “unfair” that Vinicius was not crowned.

It’s probably these same journalists who, at one point, voted for him to win it, and I imagine he was OK with that,” says the Spain international.

Rodri also talks about his recovery from his injury. “On a psychological level, it’s going much better than I thought. That’s what I imagined, however, as far as the pain is concerned. The first month is very complicated, but on a mental level, it’s better than I imagined,” he said.

“If I imagine myself playing this season again? Yes, yes, yes, yes. I know myself, I am a person who recovers well, a person with a positive mentality. Of course, I want to play this season again,” added the Cityzen.
