Example kicked off 2025 in style by welcoming her third child.
The British musician, real name Elliot Gleave, revealed on Instagram on January 1 that he and his art advisor girlfriend Daisy Cox had welcomed their first child together, a son named Lucas, earlier than expected.
“Lucas Winter Cox Gleave, aka Lukey Baby… aka Gorge Lucas. 01.01.25,” the post captioned the post. “Arrived 4 weeks ahead of schedule and is absolutely perfect. Best New York gift ever. And no one will ever forget their birthday. Mom and baby are doing very well. »
The Kickstarts singer, who now lives in Australia, shared a photo of the newborn, a close-up of the baby's fingers squeezing his thumb and a photo of him comforting Daisy as she lay in a hospital bed with Lucas on his chest.
Example also shares two sons – Evander, 10, and Ennio, seven – with his ex-wife, Australian model Erin McNaught.
The former couple announced in October 2022 that they had split after 11 years together and nine years of marriage earlier that year. They insisted the split was amicable and that they “happily and effectively” co-parent their boys.
Five months later, Example went public with his relationship with British art dealer Daisy, who later told Daily Mail Australia that she had moved to Brisbane to be with him.
Erin welcomed her third child with her boyfriend, Australian record producer Stace Cadet, in October. They named their son Obi.
