Real Madrid: Kylian Mbappé takes a cartridge made in Ligue 1

Back in shape with Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappé comes back to life. His bad pass was analyzed by Pascal Dupraz and the latter did not weigh his words.

Decisive against Atalanta, one goal per match in the last 4 matches, a golazo against Sevilla, the best in the game… The least we can say is that Kylian Mbappé is doing better! The French striker is having fun and it shows. After a mixed start at Real Madrid and controversies whether in the French team or in his personal life, the worries seem far away for the former PSG… But his way of doing things does not always please and a well-known name in the League 1 criticized his behavior.

Dupraz's harsh criticism of Mbappé

“He made fun of us”

The former coach of TFC and ASSE, Pascal Dupraz, returned to the bad phase of the French star. The latter did not mince his words. “He was welcomed like few players at the biggest club in the world, with a full stadium. For me, he no longer touched Earth, he was irrational in his way of doing things and expressing himself, with his communication. He was someone completely different, almost God, the God of football, and so he fell back to Earth,” he first estimated in Les Grandes Gueules du Sport on RMC.

“He had extenuating circumstances, because in the best club in the world, it's not just him, and he didn't play in his best position either. So, I tell myself that this redemption will be beneficial because thanks to Ancelotti, the quality of the club and that of his teammates, Mbappé will learn to play number 9. However, you cannot tell me that he has succeeded in everything, he made fun of us. It was condescending, at one point he said “I’m coming to the French team but I don’t give a damn about what’s said”. Do you realize that? He is captain of the French team, concluded Pascal Dupraz. A tackle with both feet off the ground and not sure that it is justified.
