Agglopolys: the energy plan approved

Community elected officials approved the Agglopolys energy plan. The objectives to be achieved by 2032 are as follows: reduction in energy consumption by 11% compared to 2019, i.e. an amount of 300 GWh, increase in the production of renewable and recovery energy by 210% compared to 2019, i.e. a quantity of 415 GWh. Among the projects, a solar cadastre which will allow owners to discover the solar potential of their roof.

– Agglopolys has closed the concession agreement entrusted to 3 Vals Aménagement concerning the Lab. An operation which allows him to obtain a revenue of €657,729. “Which will be very useful for us to close the budget”, did not fail to comment on Christophe Degruelle.

– Aid of €30,000 was granted to the Yaka employment company in order to revive the treasury of the association which is experiencing major difficulties. “We had to take things in hand, in particular reducing the payroll,” explained Yann Laffont. The departmental council will provide aid for an identical amount. At the same time, Jean-Luc Malherbe had to hand over the presidency to Ozgur Eski and a new director was hired. “We hope that its management will be more effective,” added Yann Laffont. Christophe Degruelle thanked all those who had mobilized on this issue and in particular the departmental advisor of Onzain Yves Lecuir.

– The Azalys network recorded an increase in traffic of 6% in 2023. The increase mainly concerns TAD (transport on demand) reservations. We are still far from the figures for 2019 before Covid: 3.2 million validations compared to 3.5. The level of revenue is also down 2.8% compared to 2019. Note that Agglopolys no longer compensates for revenue losses that would be due to significant absenteeism and a very low control rate.

– A new price list has been voted for the aquatic center. It involves the creation of a monthly pass with limited access, the elimination of the hourly pass and the transformation of the multi-entry pass.

– In anticipation of the creation of a photovoltaic park on the site of the former Truffaut wasteland in Vineuil, Agglopolys will take a stake in the project company which will bring the operation up to 5%, representing an expense of €26,500.
