This Sunday, December 8, at 2:30 p.m. at the Lozai Stadium, our first women's team will experience a very special moment. By hosting the Stade Malherbe de Caen, in exceptional conditions equivalent to those of the pros (hand in hand, ball boys, announcers, etc.), they will have the opportunity to express their football under the eyes of an audience committed to their cause. A derby, sponsored by Matmut, which will also be broadcast and commented on live on BFM Normandie, channel 33 of TNT.
???? By coming to support our players, a bracelet will be offered to you at the entrance to the Stadium, which will allow you free access to the QRM-US Concarneau match in Diochon on Saturday December 14. Treat yourself to a 100% Red & Yellow end of year ????
The magnificent celebrations of our players yesterday afternoon, after their victory in the Coupe de France
Qualified for the 7th round of the Coupe de France thanks to their magnificent victory against AAS Sarcelles yesterday afternoon, following a penalty shootout, Youcef Chekkal's team will be able to “surf” on this positive momentum. Our players indeed had a magnificent Sunday, achieving a historic performance for QRM, whose first women's team had never reached the 2nd federal round in the Coupe de France. Level in which they will face Amiens SC (R1), the weekend of December 14/15. Until then, at the end of the week, you will have the opportunity to (re)discover our women for the prestigious opposition against SM Caen.
The captain of this team, Fanny Gosseye, tells us about this meeting: “A victory in a derby would give us a boost in the best possible way. These are matches with a little something extra, which I particularly like.” Indeed, it’s hard not to be enthusiastic about such an appointment! It could also be the tipping point of their season in the championship, the beginnings of which served to acclimatize to the high level of this third division. One thing is certain, they will be able to count on the public at Lozai Stadium to encourage them!
Spectators of which we hope you will be one. To do this, meet this Sunday, December 8 at 2:30 p.m. in Petit-Quevilly, for QRM-SM Caen, 8th day of D3!
