Darktide have announced a major update to Grim Protocols.
Recently, Fatshark studio's popular cooperative shooter Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will be released on PlayStation 5 in December. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide on PS5 – it will take place on December 3. But it turned out that at the same time fans are waiting for another important event.
Here's what we know
The developers have announced a major update, Grim Protocols, for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, which will also be released on December 3.
In addition to bug fixes and general improvements to game mechanics, the action game will feature the following innovations:
- Havoc mode, designed for experienced players. It will offer difficult challenges, for which new cosmetic items will be provided;
- The Dark Communion mission, in which players will return to Carnival and fight off hordes of cultists;
- three new weapons – two-handed power and energy swords, as well as heavy bladed weapons for the Ogrins;
- a temporary event in honor of the game's second anniversary, for which players will receive unique weapons.
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is available on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store) and Xbox Series.
