Côtes-d'Armor: a man killed by a concrete block thrown from a bridge

On the night of Monday October 28 to Tuesday October 29, a 21-year-old driver died after a block of concrete thrown from a bridge landed on his vehicle, on the Nationale 176, near Dinan (Côtes-d' Armor).

The tragedy took place on the RN176, near Quévert in Côtes-d'Armor, in . A 21-year-old young man, passenger in a vehicle, was killed by a concrete block thrown from a bridge. Its driver is hospitalized, in a state of shock, at Dinan hospital. The 40 centimeter wide concrete block was thrown before hitting the car windshield.

A second vehicle was also hit. On the Chaussée de la Nationale, the gendarmes found numerous debris, in particular pieces of wood and stones.

The two suspects, seen by witnesses, fled when the police arrived. They are actively sought. A flagrant investigation was opened for intentional homicide and attempted intentional homicide. A call for witnesses was issued by the gendarmerie who are trying to find the perpetrators of the jet.
