Trébeurden. Not just pancakes at La Boulotte

Two young people from Trébeurden have opened La Boulotte in the Pors Termen shop, the Trébeurden beach just before the port.

Éloïse Lopez and Simon Delépine launch their small business during the season: the billigs are heating, the waffle iron and the panini maker are ready. The family tradition of crepe or galette meals is well anchored at Éloïse as at Simon.

“We want to share something we love”

Éloïse has just obtained her engineering diploma but “the idea of ​​a business, rather food-related, had been on her mind for a while”.

Homemade pancakes and waffles

In terms of recipes, they reveal nothing: a mix of pasta recipes from grandmothers. The two connoisseurs chose Finistère flour from Moulin de l’Écluse, eggs from Rospez, milk from Côtes-d’Armor, and to accompany, artisanal apple juice from Kernivinen and organic coffee.

“Qualitative, short circuit and environmentally friendly”

Among the six ingredients on the pancake menu, the customer can taste the caramelized onions or the homemade mushroom pan.

A boutique area

Forgetting your cap is no longer a problem. La Boulotte sells T-shirts and caps, printed in Saint-Quay-Perros. Real memories since the landscape of Pors Termen is drawn on the back of the T-shirts (designs by the young Trébeurdinaise, Ophélie Cosquer).

Game loan

La Boulotte also lends, under deposit, balls, wooden skittles, rackets and a spike ball (played by two per team, the ball bounces on a trampoline).

Guests looking for a little comfort can sit on the terrace with breathtaking views of the islands, the Castel and the port, or the famous sunsets of the seaside resort.
