As if for a demonstration of political force, the Party for Development and Social Solidarity (PDS) organized a major rally in Port-Gentil on November 14, transforming the Stecy room in the first arrondissement into the epicenter of the referendum campaign.

Under the leadership of its president, Séraphin Ndaot Rembogo, the party brought together several hundred activists, supporters and onlookers in a meeting marked by an unequivocal message in favor of “Oui» in the referendum of November 16.
