More “Entertainment”

The Paléo Festival has just been nominated in the “Best Large Festival” category at the prestigious European Festival Awards.

These very special awards “bring together the major events in Europe during an evening held at the Eurosonic festival in January”, we learn on the Paléo website. It is therefore in Groningen, in the Netherlands, that the ceremony will take place.

The public is now called to vote for their favorite candidate.

Voting is open from October 25 to November 20. Here are the main categories:

  • Best major festival
  • Best mid-sized festival
  • Best small festival

Festival fans can also weigh in on these two categories:

  • Line-Up of the year 2024
  • the Newcomer of the year 2024

As the awards website explains, it is a jury made up of festival promoters and experts who will be responsible for establishing a final list of 10 festivals, and who will have to select the winners.
