Justin Timberlake was arrested in the Hamptons in Long Island, NY early Tuesday, Sag Harbor police confirmed.

The pop star was arrested on charges related to driving while under the influence (DUI) in Sag Harbor, according to court documents obtained by CBS News.

The documents allege Timberlake, 43, was pulled over by police after he drove his BMW through a stop sign at Madison Street and Jermain Avenue, and his car was seen weaving on the road.

The responding officer said the Mirrors singer was “in an intoxicated condition” with bloodshot eyes. Police also claimed there was a “strong odor” of alcohol on Timberlake’s breath.
