The first meeting of this kind was an opportunity to bring together agents outside of the usual working environment and create an ideal framework for developing better relationships and more effective collaboration.
On the program for this day, a Nordic walk in Cransac-les-Thermes in the morning to discover the sumptuous landscapes of the Vaysse forest, lasting 90 minutes, accompanied by a professional. After a meal at the Carillon restaurant, return to the thermal baths where two workshops were offered and led by professionals: facial reflexiology with a 60-minute workshop to practice this ancestral technique in self-massage to relieve acute or chronic pain and a workshop on 60-minute yoga to learn postures to give more flexibility to the joints and relieve pain, also helping to regulate sleep disorders.
