Actor, humorist and successful director, Dany Boon is a guest on the show 50’inside, this June 15. He answered questions from presenter Isabelle Ithurburu, who profiled him in today’s episode. In an extract from the TF1 show, posted on the Instagram account dedicated to it, we can see the director of Welcome to the Ch’tis share some confidences about the role of parent. In a relationship with actress Laurence Arné, he had five children, born to three different mothers. In front of the TF1 cameras, Dany Boon confided: “Actually, it’s very difficult. I think it’s the hardest job in the world to be parents and step-parents too. And the secret is to give them time.”
“Are you proud of the family you built today, looking back?”then asked the presenter of the show. “Very, delighted, yeah. Very happy to have children who have empathy for others, who are open to the world”, he explained. He then clarified with a laugh: “I have teenagers aged 17, 18 who are eco-responsible, since they very rarely shower. They save a lot of water. I congratulate them and at the same time, I tell them: ‘Well, for the well-being of the family, we cannot constantly live with the windows open (…) And it’s crazy because the teenager doesn’t doesn’t feel himself. I don’t know, there’s something olfactory that doesn’t come through.”. He concluded this humorous passage with this sentence: “Oh, they’re going to be mad at me.”.

Dany Boon, father of a blended family
Aged 57, Dany Boon currently lives as a couple with actress Laurence Arné, who had a son named Raphaël from a previous union. The actor and director had a son, Mehdi, born from a first union. In 1999, he had a son Noah, with actress Judith Godrèche. Married from 2003 to 2018 to Yaël Harris, with whom he had three children: Eytan, born in 2005, Elia, who was born in 2006, and Sarah, who joined the family in 2010, as we reminded you in a previous article.
