The user of a scooter was hit by a car Tuesday evening in Cambrai. The motorist then fled before the police arrested him.
An incident took place in Cambrai this Tuesday, November 5 around 7 p.m. A motorist hit a young man riding a scooter on the roundabout near Ensemble Saint-Luc. According to witnesses, the victim was in the roundabout when a vehicle arriving from Avenue de Paris hit him. The young man, still in shock, fell a few meters from the accident site.

An important emergency device in Cambrai
A major emergency system was deployed on Boulevard de la Liberté. The victim was immediately taken care of by the Cambrai firefighters. The young man was also transported to the city's hospital center.
As for the driver, he fled in the direction of Avenue de la Victoire.
