There is great emotion in the town of Florenville and in particular in the village of Sainte-Cécile since the announcement of the road tragedy that occurred the night of Friday to Saturday, a little before 2 a.m., road from Fontenoille to Sainte -Cecile.
A young 14-year-old teenager, from Sainte-Cécile, borrowed his parents’ Berlingo Citroën car – in the absence of them leaving for the weekend – and embarked on a night out in the company of three of his friends. On a straight line, Route de Fontenoille, the young teenager lost control of his vehicle and the car collided head-on with an Ores pole along the road. The four occupants of the vehicle were all injured to varying degrees and treated by the Florenville and Bertrix firefighters.

Contrary to the information we obtained yesterday Saturday, there were indeed 3 minors on board the vehicle and only 1 adult (and not 2 adults).
The only adult, aged 18, was the most seriously injured, his life prognosis was in jeopardy and unfortunately this young man died from his injuries this Saturday evening at the Arlon hospital where he had been transferred . The victim is Odai Sabra, resident of the commune of Bouillon.
The three other miners were all injured and suffered multiple fractures. But their days are not in danger.
