A 14-year-old teenager was seriously injured during a road accident in Cérans-Foulletourte (Sarthe) this Saturday June 8, 2024. According to our information, he was traveling towards his home on a moped. He was near the place called Le Bordage, to the south of the town, when he left the road and collided head-on with an electricity pole.
Transported by helicopter
The authorities were alerted around 3:30 p.m. Seriously injured, the teenager was transported by helicopter to Angers hospital.
According to a gendarmerie official, no other vehicle was involved in the accident.
Seven firefighters responded to the scene, coming from the Cérans and Parigné-le-Pôlin emergency centers.
