Pro-Palestinian activists mobilized this Monday at the headquarters of the French Federation in the run-up to the League of Nations match which will pit against Israel on the pitch of the Stade de France on Thursday, November 14. A call for a boycott supported by LFI deputy Louis Boyard.

A tense Nations League match. More than a week before the France-Israel meeting, the French Football Federation is being targeted. After more than a year of war in the Middle East, this meeting does not please everyone and this Monday, pro-Palestinian activists protested inside the FFF premises to denounce FIFA's inaction .

“No to the France-Israel match at the Stade de France”

For these demonstrators, the message is clear: the match must be canceled. The FFF hall was covered with Palestinian flags and brandished signs, some of which said “no to the France-Israel match at the Stade de France”, while others said “Genocide Champions League” or even “FFF, ban Israel.” Among the activists present, some were dressed in military clothing, others in red gloves.

This is not the first call for a boycott of this match. The Israeli federation is in the sights of its Palestinian counterpart who is demanding its banishment. LFI MP Louis Boyard supports this idea and also calls for the meeting to be canceled on Thursday, November 14.
