Am. S. TAILLANAISE – GAMBARDELLA CREDIT AGRICOLE CUP 2024/2025 – Gironde FOOTBALL DISTRICT

The Am. S. Taillanaise at the gates of 1^is Federal Tour of the Gambardella Crédit Agricole Cup! Winners of FC Rive Droite 33 during the previous stage, the Taillanais will this time face UA Niort St Florent (R2 level). Our Gironde team will host their weekend opponents at the Le Palio stadium in Taillan-Médoc, where everyone hopes to celebrate a victory for the local club. The kick-off for this Regional Final is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Saturday November 23, 2024.

How are you approaching this match?

“We approach it in the most natural and calm way possible. We are aware that this is a special match for the players, who will experience it differently. They will be fully invested, because this meeting is of particular importance for each of them. »

What qualities will you rely on to win?

“We are going to rely on the qualities that have characterized us since the start of the season: humility and work. We have a close-knit group, who know each other well and who work tirelessly. This group demonstrates great footballing qualities, the fruit of their constant investment. »

A word for your team and your supporters?

“Our players set this objective from the start of the season, that of going as far as possible in this Cup, and it is therefore not surprising to see them arrive at this stage. If I had to give them advice, it would be to not think too much, live in the moment, and everything will be fine. As for our supporters, I have nothing in particular to say to them, because I know that they will be present in large numbers to support our team. »

Note that the draw of 1^is Federal Tour will take place on Thursday, November 28, with the national clubs entering the fray.
