The deliberation meeting for the 11th edition of the Sport & Management Trophies was held on Thursday May 30, 2024. With immense pride, FC Metz is one of the five clubs nominated for the prize in the “Professional sport players” category. The club at the Croix de Lorraine appears in the final table, alongside OGC Nice, Olympique de Marseille, LOSC, AS Saint-Etienne, thanks to its project advocating inclusion called “L “FC Metz experience for all”. The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday October 9, 2024, in the prestigious setting of the National Assembly.

The Lorraine club has made significant efforts in favor of the inclusion and accessibility of People with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and People with Disabilities (PSH) during matches at the Stade Saint-Symphorien, in order to offer them an optimal experience. Between now and 2025, in order to mark the improvement of the spectator experience for Supporters with Disabilities (SSH) as a major priority, the mobilization of FC Metz will further intensify to complete the numerous efforts undertaken within the venue. from the Stade Saint-Symphorien and beyond.

As a reminder, and in order to facilitate discussions with the main stakeholders, the Croix de Lorraine club has created a mixed collective. This meets every two months and brings together members of four associations and employees representing several components of FC Metz. The garnet online ticketing has also been completely redesigned so that SSH can reserve their place as easily and independently as possible. FC Metz is a leading club in France in implementing this functionality.

In order to assert its status as a pioneering and innovative club, the Lorraine club has also set up a Sensory Room to allow many fans with autism spectrum disorders to experience FC Metz matches in the best conditions. Antre Messine is the first stadium in France to offer such an offer. FC Metz also intends to double the number of SSH parking spaces near the Stade Saint-Symphorien.
