Having lived in the Gard prefecture for three years, this real estate professional originally from Savoie fell in love with Nîmes. In the new Sunday show of 6ter (groupe M6), she is one of the hundred experts who give viewers all the keys to valuing real estate. Marie Héritier will appear on air for the first time this Sunday, November 3, at 11 a.m.
“Nîmes is my Eldorado.” Established in the Gard prefecture for three years, Marie Héritier will have the opportunity to highlight Nîmes in the new show of 6thr (read elsewhere), Owner at all costs the weekly. “I am participating as one of the hundred experts that the channel has selected in the regions. As I am very present on the networks, the channel spotted me and was interested in the real estate expertise that I could bring in relation to to the sea-mountain product that I offer, explains Marie Héritier. I had also noticed, at the same time, their show which was not yet broadcast on television. I thought: their concept is innovative.
Real estate, a family affair
Sparkling young woman of 42 years old, who “today, Nîmoise feels”Marie Héritier is from Bourg-Saint-Maurice, in Savoie. “My grandfather was a real estate developer, but real estate is an intergenerational affair. We are all in it. I am the only one here to have crossed the limits of Savoieshe smiled. I fell in love with the city of Nîmes, at the age of 20, when I exhibited my paintings there with José Pirès (the painter, sculptor and engraver from Nîmes died at the age of 64, in January 2020, Editor's note).”
Marie Héritier therefore returned by changing her professional direction and opening her agency focused on customer support and advice. What we call in the jargon the off market. “There is a development in the Camargue that reminds me of Savoie”she notes.
A great journalistic experience
Marie Héritier who already has great journalistic experience – she was a press correspondent for ten years at Dauphiné Libéré and worked on a local radio station – is very happy to be able to talk about real estate on television. “The choice of the channel was made after the video discussions we had. In Sunday's show, we will answer viewers' questions and suggest topics to them. We will reduce complexity and democratize the profession.”
