450 Ecaussysteme volunteers were expected during a festive and gourmet day, September 28 in Gignac.

50,000 people in three days

We won’t go over all the figures, but still 50,000 people visited the site over 3 exceptional days, with nearly 38,000 tickets sold. Two evenings were sold out (maximum authorized capacity reached), more than 4000 guests and partners, more than 5000 people on the OFF and the Ecaussystem days. Superlatives could be lacking regarding this extraordinary festival.

An army of volunteers with 730 people

But it is above all the army of volunteers, 730 this year, more than the population of the town, which attracts attention. with many long-time regulars, coming from all walks of life, and especially from all generations.

An inclusive machine par excellence, the organization has been able to bring together people who voluntarily adhere to the values ​​of this ultimately very special festival and many of the artists present have noticed this; we will remember Francis Cabrel’s “ah yes all the same” when he went on stage.

It was therefore legitimate for the leaders to pay tribute to them without falling into an official protocol, boring by nature. The speeches were quick and effective, just like them; After the presentation of the traditional “A cup for the planet” check to the three winning associations (Champs d’action, Le Rionet, and Amadea) with a record amount of €12,450 or €4,150 per association, we quickly moved on to the celebrations.
