With an average price per square meter of €3,231, 77 is the least expensive department in Ile-de-France, and it has not escaped the drop in activity and prices. In Fontainebleau, these fell by 10%. In Pontault-Combault, they are maintained due to a lack of goods. In Meaux or Melun, with a drop of between 5 and 6%, it is the opposite, supply is far greater than demand.
