The foot of Cyrille Picard, main suspect in the case of the murder of little Célia in May 2022 in Veigy-Foncenex (Haute-Savoie), was found on a beach in Charente-Maritime.

A crime that shook Veigy-Foncenex
The murder of young Célia, aged 10, deeply shocked the small town of Veigy-Foncenexclose to the Swiss border. The body of the little girl, asphyxiated, was discovered in May 2022 by her older brother in the office of the family home. Suspicions quickly fell on his father, Cyrille Picardthen aged 51, who disappeared after the tragedy. A run that ends with a macabre discovery
