A motorcyclist injured in a collision in Besse
Thursday May 9, around 1:15 p.m., the gendarmes of the Besse brigade were called following a traffic accident on the D149, at a place called Berthaire, in the town of Besse. At the wheel of his vehicle, the 32-year-old driver, from Cher, accompanied by three passengers, was turning towards an equestrian center without realizing that a motorcyclist was coming in front of him.
Riding the two-wheeler, a 23-year-old from Puydômois was unable to avoid the collision. Seriously injured in the ankle, the young man had to be picked up by the civil security helicopter Dragon 63 and transported to the Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital.

A motorcyclist airlifted after a heavy fall in Chaudes-Aigues
A motorcyclist, aged 59, from the Meuse, fell very heavily between Chaudes-Aigues and Lanau, after hitting the slide this Thursday, around 12:30 p.m. Seriously injured, he was taken care of by the Smur and the Saint-Flour firefighters, then helicoptered to the Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital.
A woman falls on a motorbike in Laveissière
Murat firefighters took care of a 26-year-old motorcyclist from Loir-et-Cher this Thursday, around 2 p.m. She fell in the waterfall bend, in the town of Laveissière. Injured, she was transported to the Saint-Flour hospital center.
Seriously injured by the forage harvester in Ladinhac
A man in his fifties was seriously injured in one hand while operating a forage harvester this Thursday, around 3 p.m., in Ladinhac at a place called “Trémouille”. The fifty-year-old was airlifted by Hélismur15 to the Clermont-Ferrand university hospital center, the firefighters and the Montsalvy brigade also intervened.
Hooded men steal phones and throw a customer to the ground in a Montluçon store
A young biker found on the ground in Salers
A motorcyclist fell at the exit of Salers, towards the Col de Néronne, this Thursday, around 5 p.m. The 25-year-old man allegedly bit the shoulder, before sliding several dozen meters. He was conscious when the firefighters arrived and took care of him.
Four injured in collision in Montsalvy
An accident involving two cars occurred on the D 920, going up the coast of Puy-de-l’Arbre this Wednesday, around 10:15 a.m. The vehicles were traveling in the same direction. Due to a technical problem, the first car suddenly slowed down and the second hit it from behind. The collision left four injured, aged 28, 30, 30 and 76 years old.
They were transported to the Aurillac hospital center by the Montsalvy and Entraygues firefighters, the oldest suffering from a broken thumb. The heavy traffic at this time of the day was regulated by the gendarmerie of the Montsalvy-Puycapel brigade community. A diversion on the old road, at the Paniers roundabout, has been established for vehicles coming from the south.

A young suspected drug dealer arrested by the police in Montluçon
A young Montluçonnais aged 21 was arrested by the police on Tuesday May 7, in the Fontbouillant district of Montluçon, while he was preparing to deal in narcotics. He was thus found in possession of a few grams of cannabis resin and a sum of €140. The young man was placed in police custody at the police station, before being brought before the public prosecutor on Thursday, May 9. With a view to being given a summons by report before the court where he will have to appear on Tuesday June 11.
He was released after being placed under judicial supervision by the judge of freedoms and detention (JLD), at the request of the prosecution. A judicial control accompanied by an obligation of care, an obligation to surrender one’s passport, an obligation to report to the police station and a ban on frequenting the Fontbouillant district.
