DIRECT. Michel Barnier meets farmers at the Livestock Summit

Mathilde Panot, boss of LFI deputies, guest this morning on BFMTV-RMC, looks back on her outing against Michel Barnier in the National Assembly on Tuesday after the Prime Minister’s general policy declaration.

“I don’t see what was disrespectful,” she said, asserting that she had simply “said that he was illegitimate” at the head of the government. “On the other hand, Mr. Barnier is disrespectful to democracy,” believes Mathilde Panot.

“I have difficulty understanding your tone and your aggressiveness (…) The more aggressive you are, the more respectful I will be,” declared Michel Barnier to the president of the rebellious group in the Assembly.
