On May 16, lawyers from the bar will provide free, walk-in consultations to help taxpayers.

At the initiative of the Conference of Presidents of the Bar, the lawyers of the Grasse bar provide assistance to litigants with their income tax returns and other advice on tax matters.

May 16 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Maison de l’avocat, 64 avenue Pierre Sémard in Grassewill be given free consultations without appointment, “in complete confidentiality, in compliance with the rules of professional secrecy which apply to lawyers“, specifies President Franck Gambini.

The lawyers will answer taxpayers’ questions, including:

  • online declaration procedures,
  • the rules for the attachment of children and ascendants,
  • tax credits,
  • tax reductions linked to the purchase and work in the main residence,
  • land tax declarations,
  • adjustments linked to changes in the tax household…

In a context of ever-increasing dematerialization of administrative procedures and regular modification of tax texts, lawyers intend to fully fulfill their mission of helping all citizens access the law, within a framework guaranteeing confidentiality, humanity and proximity“, indicates President Gambini.
