The director of the hit “Un p’tit truc en plus” will be one of the stars of the new season of Prime Video’s flagship show.
A season 5 with “a little something extra”. Artus, the actor and director ofA little something extrathe biggest hit in French cinema this year, will be in the cast of season 5 of LOL: who laughs, gets out!Prime Video announced this Wednesday.
Nine other personalities were invited: actors Camille Chamoux, Fred Testot and Vincent Dedienne, comedians Jérôme Niel, Marina Rollman Muriel Robin and Alexandre Komikek, influencer Fatou Guinea and MMA star Cédric Doumbé.
The broadcast date of the show is still unknown.
Prime Video’s flagship show is still hosted by actor and director Philippe Lacheau. The principle is simple: no laughing allowed. The winner receives the sum of 150,000 euros which is then donated to a charity.
A real-life spin-off
Redouane Bougheraba, Jerome Commandeur, Franck GastambideMarina Foïs, Alban Ivanov, Jean Pascal ZadiAudrey Lamy, Mc Fly and Carlito, Anaïde Rozam and Alison Wheeler were the guests of season 4.
A spin-off of LOL: who laughs, gets out! is also in preparation, according to The Figaro. Thomas Dubois, director of original productions for Prime Video in France, revealed that this spin-off show will take place “in real-life locations.”
