Dénat. A citizens’ day intended to develop the new school

Dénat. A citizens’ day intended to develop the new school
Descriptive text here

The municipality has launched an appeal for goodwill to move furniture and equipment from the old school into the classes of the new school establishment. Citizens’ Day was therefore scheduled for last Saturday. In the morning, around fifty people showed up to help. Around Olivier Oustric, the mayor, elected officials, parents, children, former students, grandparents, rolled up their sleeves to develop the future school. But before the day of the big move, under the direction of Isabelle Préget, fourth assistant, volunteers worked for several days to assemble new furniture, shelves and the interior design of the classrooms. The municipality only has one technical agent, who cannot cope with the scale of this mission. Solidarity is a solution, which for the fourth edition has once again borne fruit. In good humor and conviviality, everyone put their all into it. The move ended around an aperitif dinner. The mayor took the opportunity to warmly thank all the people who gave generously of their time for the community. The municipality’s flagship project is coming to an end, so the start of the school year on Monday, April 22 will take place in the new school so hoped for by the Dénatois. To be continued.
