And she is very important in his life. In April, Dany Boon revealed, in fact, that he did not broach the subject of complex relationships in his family out of respect for his mother. Faced with the latter’s difficulties, a young Dany Boon had found how to make her smile again: “As a kid, I used to make her laugh when she wasn’t feeling well.” He revealed on RFM’s microphone that he was very modest with her about the money he earns. “I didn’t talk about it. Even today, my mother doesn’t know how much I earn.”, explained the father of five children. Bernard Montiel told him that he was like him, before the one who found love again with the actress Laurence Arné added: “That’s not what makes you happy. On the contrary, it’s very complicated.”

While he quickly mentioned his mother when he addressed the question of his income, Dany Boon then told a funny anecdote about her. He explained that he told his mother that he wanted to do some work on the house he had just bought for her, but that the mother who has a YouTube channel refused to let him rent her another house while they were doing it. “Oh no, we don’t incur any costs!”, she told him. And Dany Boon revealed that she had lived in the tarpaulins for six months with the workers. But the funniest anecdote concerns heating. In fact, his mother wants 14°C in her room and 11°C in the hallway, so much so that “makes fog inside”. “I would turn up the heating discreetly when I was sleeping at her place.” he explained, adding that he turned the thermostat up in the evening and back down in the morning. “One day, she received an alert saying that there had been an overconsumption problem. It corresponded to the day I was at her place. So she sent me the screenshot and said: ‘Is that you?'”said Dany Boon, smiling as he recalled the anecdote.
