After the NHL awarded its ultimate prize on Monday night, with the Florida Panthers winning the Stanley Cup over the Edmonton Oilers, the hockey world now waits to learn the winners of its many other trophies.
On Thursday night at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Las Vegas, the NHL will hand out awards for league MVP (Hart Memorial Trophy), top goaltender (Vezina Trophy), top defenseman (Norris Trophy), and rookie of the year (Calder Trophy).
Nashville Predators defenseman Roman Josi is up for the Norris Trophy for the third time in his career.
Additionally, the NHL Players Association will present the Ted Lindsay Award, given to the league’s most outstanding player.
